"TERRAP" is a conjunction for TERRitorial APprehension and was originally coined by the program’s first appreciative clients.
In 1982 the National Institute of Mental Health showed that almost one out of every
ten people experience anxiety. Since 1982, we have come a long way in understanding
anxiety and its related disorders.
Anxiety and panic attacks may have been part of our predisposition or may have been
triggered by one of several events. Never the less, if anxiety or panic is holding
